Itinerary

You will be received from airport and transferred to hotel. You will be staying hotels nearby Thamel, hence you will enjoy the vibes of Thamel at evening and have experience some Nepalese cuisine.

Next day you will be departing for Dhunche from Kathmandu. It is a eight hours drive from Kathmandu. The road is quite challenging but you will experience beautiful landscapes, rivers, villages and view of mountain range. After reaching Dhunche, you will spend night there in a local hotel. Again you can move around the tiny town Dhunche and taste the local delicacies.

After having breakfast in Dhunche, your trek starts from there. Your next destination is Sing Gompa also known as Chandanbari. It is a 5 hours of trek. The trek route consists forest, agricultural lands, tiny villages, and wildlife such as black bear, leopard, birds and other small mammals. There are some tea houses on the way, so you can have lunch and your snacks. You be staying overnight at Sing Gompa in a hotel. It is a beautiful place and weather changes dramatically during the day. You might experience the fog even early evening. This place also famous for Yak cheese. You can visit the cheese factory and observe the cheese making process. You can buy the cheese at the factory.

Next day trek starts early after having breakfast at hotel. Your next destination will be Lauribinayak. The trek is quite tough then day 3. After having lunch at Lauribina, you will be departing for Gosiankunda Lake, which is also known as frozen lake. After stay an hour or two at the lake side and exploring the lake on your own, you will be staying at the lake side overnight. It will your cold night, we recommend you to have some hot soup during your stay.

Your next day starts with breakfast at the lake and you will be descending towards Sing Gompa. You will be staying overnight there.

Again early start with breakfast and reach Dhunche in about 5 hours and will catch local bus or jeep to Kathmandu.
